Why Small Groups?
We believe that life change happens in the context of relationships. And the most effective environment to develop relationships for life change is a small group of 5-6 couples or 6-8 singles. So the intent of the WayPoint Small Group ministry is:
To provide a predictable small group environment where participants experience authentic community and spiritual growth

Small Group Covenant
Our Small Group Covenant is a primary vehicle for us to acheive accountability. This is the agreement that all Small Group members agree to uphold during the life of the group.
