Monthly Meetings

Waiting outside the school the crowd gathered anticipating a night of celebration and vision. The time was drawing close for the meeting to start, but the doors were still locked.  This was the scene of our first monthly meeting September 11, 2005.  The doors were never unlocked that night, but there were outlets on the building we could use.  There was also a beautiful courtyard for our meeting, and on top of all of that there were enough lawn chairs to go around that night.  It was a night of divine improvisation and that has been the story of our church plant.

We continued meeting monthly that fall and started Sunday morning services in January 2006.  We moved to another school facility one month later to get ready for the public launch of the church.
